Reasonably-priced basic insurance cover:

ALL-IN-ONE-BASIC

This tariff offers you insurance cover at an exceptionally well-priced premium. In order to offer this sharply calculated Basic-tariff, the product-variant comes with own contributions of € 50,- per case in the health insurance and contains a limitation of € 260.- within the dental area. Medically required curative treatment of complaints resulting from acute illnesses (emergencies) and accidents etc. will be refunded. However, due to the own contribution, direct invoicing with the doctor is not possible in this tariff.

Travel health insurance
Out-patient medical treatment
Prescribed medication and accessories (exluding nutrition supplements, tonics and cosmetic substances). Per perscription there is a personal contribution of € 5,-.
Prescription aids for the treatment of injuries resulting from accidents
Treatment during pregnancy and delivery within the contract period, if the pregnancy commenced within the contract period
In-patient treatment incl. operations in standard-care without optional benefits; for the first 14 days of an in-patient treatment there is a personal contribution of € 9,- per person and day.
Medically prescribed transportation, including transportation to home country
In case a required in-patient treatment is likely to exceed cost of € 2.500,- the insured Au Pair / Nanny can alternatively be transported back to the home country - accompanied by a doctor.
This service will always be decided after consulting with the host family. Medical indication is not mandatory. Organising of transport lies within the responsibility of Au pair-Assekuranzmakler GmbH - International as well as 100% of the cost.
Extended (non-contributory) liability period in case of proven travel-incapability up to max. 4 weeks after end of contract period
Dental treatment:
  • Acute pain-relieving dental treatment, including
  • simple fillings
  • root canal treatment (up to dental filling) as well as
  • extractions
per insured year up to max.

 General conveyance or funeral cost up to € 11.000,-

Accident insurance
Insured sum in case of total and permanent invalidity
 € 40.000,–

Personal and professional liability insurance (Subsidiary cover)
Flat-rate coverage for damage to persons or property
 € 1.100.000,–

Deportation cost
In case of deportation ordered by public authorities according to §§ 765, 773 German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with §§ 66 para. 2, 67 and 68 of the German Residence Act (AufenthG) up to € 1.600,–
