As long as there are no deviations stipulated in the policy, the host family is deemed as the policy holder. The insured person is the Au Pair / Nanny. Basis for the Au Pair-status are the laws and regulations of the host country. The Au Pair / Nanny - Status has no influence on the insurance protection.

AU PAIR ASSEKURANZMAKLER GmbH - International provides services in the name of, and with the authority of the insurer – as for example, policy administration, premium collection, claims compensation of accident and liability insurance as well as benefit checks and settlement of accounts regarding health insurance. The contractually agreed services are made up of the registration, policy confirmation, later written agreements, the legal regulations of the host country of the Au Pair / Nanny, as well as the conditions of insurance.
